Customers with disabilities receive a 15% discount compared to the standard prices listed in the Home internet section.

- Testing end-user equipment in our offices before purchase to confirm it matches the user’s needs.
- Clear explanations about device functions (router, modem, etc.) and the option to return equipment within the agreed period.
- Printed information materials available on request, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
- Dedicated contact address for requests and complaints: special@smartsolutions.ro.
- Priority for installation, configuration, service relocation and fault resolution.
- Access to customer care through adapted channels, including SMS support for hearing-impaired users.
- Free delivery, on request, of contracts, invoices or information materials via email in formats compatible with screen readers.
- Special fixed internet subscription with unlimited traffic at 7 EUR/month (VAT included) for visually impaired users.
